office started in Ramganga Nagar Bareilly
The construction of the new office of Bareilly Development
Authority (BDA) has started in Sector-2 of Ramganga Nagar. BDA has released the
map of this building being built at a cost of about 20 crores in February
itself.
BDA Vice Chairman Joginder Singh informed that the office is
being constructed in an area of 18784 sqm. Equivalent to this, by constructing a
pond in an area of 36 thousand square meters, . The Zonal road will be 45
meters wide. The office will be equipped with all modern facilities. Parking
for car, bike and cycle will be made separately. Along with the canteen, many
more facilities will be available to BDA personnel and people visiting the
office.
Road will be hundred feet wide, palm trees will be planted on both sides
In the Ramganga Nagar housing scheme, the Bareilly
Development Authority is planning to widen the road leading to Sector 1 to 100
feet. After the widening of the road, date palm trees will be planted on both
sides of it. This road will be identified as the gateway of the housing scheme.

Bareilly Development Authority is beautifying its main roads to shine the Ramganga Nagar housing scheme. The Executive Club Road coming to Sector 1 will be widened by 100 feet. To develop it as Palm Street, palm trees will be planted on both sides. On reaching this road, people will realize that they are close to Ramganga Nagar. BDA engineers have started the work of planting trees along with the widening of the road. BDA Vice Chairman Joginder Singh said that Palm Street will give comfort to the people. This route will be recognized as the gateway of the scheme.
SSB's
transit camp to be built in Ramganga Nagar Bareilly
In the development of the city, the Bareilly Development
Authority on Thursday added another kadhi. BDA has given land to SSB for
setting up a transit camp under Ramganga Nagar Awas Yojana. The BDA provided
the relevant forms to the officers of the SSB.
The Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) camp is in Pilibhit district.
Along with this, there are posts of this paramilitary force in the border areas
of Uttarakhand. SSB is also deployed on the Indo-Nepal border of Pilibhit and
Lakhimpur Kheri. There is no place to rest in between for the movement of
paramilitary officers and jawans. Due to this SSB officials were looking for
land for transit camp in Bareilly for a long time. Talks were also going on
with the administrative officials in this regard. Meanwhile, the rapidly
developing BDA's ambitious Ramganga Nagar housing scheme was noticed by the
officials. On the demand of SSB officers, BDA showed about five thousand square
meters of land for transit camp near the under construction office of the
authority in Sector 2 of the housing scheme. On this the SSB officers agreed. BDA
sold five thousand square meters of land to SSB for ten crore rupees. In this
transit camp, soldiers will be able to take rest on the way to the border and
while returning. This will also increase the sense of security among the local
allottees. The hope of development of the scheme has increased soon. BDA
Vice Chairman Joginder Singh informed that land has been sold to SSB for
transit camp under Ramganga Nagar Awas Yojana. This shows that along
with the general public, the central and state government departments are also
excited to set up their offices in Ramganga Nagar.
Five more
new colonies will come up in Ramganga project
Bareilly
Development Authority has started preparations to develop five more new
colonies in Ramganganagar housing project. Among them, Brahmaputra has also
been launched. Now Saryu, Saraswati, Sabarmati and Shipra Colony will be
settled.
BDA VC Joginder Singh informed that allotment of plots has been done in Ganga, Narmada, Kaveri and Alaknanda gated colonies. Keeping in view the growing demand of these colonies full of greenery and equipped with modern facilities, BDA will launch Brahmaputra Enclave by October 15 After this Saryu, Saraswati, Sabarmati and Shipra will be settled. The people of the city will also get big plots in these colonies. The largest plots will be of 1000 square meters. After this, there will be plots of two hundred square meters and 162 square meters. The smallest plot will be of 72 sqm. BDA VC said that till now plots of 1000 sqm were not cut in any colony launched in Ramganga project. Big plot will start from Brahmaputra itself
Parks will be developed in all colonies
The new five colonies will be full of greenery. Parks will be developed in all the colonies. BDA VC said that all cable lines including electricity, water will be underground in these colonies. Apart from the lights on the roads, saplings will be planted on two meter wide dividers
1599 plots will be in five colonies
There will be 1599 plots in the five colonies to be set up
under the Ramganga Nagar project. Till now BDA has done open sale of more than
600 plots in Ramganganagar project. BDA VC Joginder Singh informed that there
will be 385 plots in Brahmaputra, 385 in Saryu, 51 in Saraswati, 300 in
Sabarmati and 478 in Shipra.
LIC's
office will also be there
LIC's head office will also be located in the colony being
built in the Ramganganagar residential project. LIC has sought space from
Bareilly Development Authority to open offices at four places. Among these, the
district headquarters will be at Ramganganagar. Apart from this, another office
will be opened here. At the same time, land has been sought for Izzanagar area
and city branch. BDA VC informed that plots will be provided to them in
Ramganga and BDA will provide land at two other places also.
