Alaknanda Hi-Tech Colony will be full of greenery
Due to the
increasing demand for plots in Ramganga Nagar housing scheme, BDA is now coming
up with Alaknanda Hi-Tech Township. It will be launched next week. This
township will be full of greenery. In this, medium sized plots will be sold.
BareillyDevelopment Authority
is developing its ambitious Ramganga Nagar housing scheme Bareilly. In this, three
gated colonies Ganga, Narmada and Kaveri are being prepared. In these, BDA
has sold the plots. Not all applicants could get plots in these. Due to the
increasing demand, BDA is now bringing Alaknanda Colony. This colony is being
prepared in Sector 4 of the scheme, just in front of Kaveri Colony. This colony
will also be launched in the first week of August itself.

A total of
250 plots have been kept in Alaknanda Township, which will be of 112, 162 and
200 square meters. Their price has also been kept at Rs 23 thousand square meters
only.
Greenery,
wide roads spread from three big parks
Three big
parks have also been given in Alaknanda township, which will spread greenery
there. Plantation will also be done in the divider in the middle of the road.
The roads of this colony will be 30 and 24 meters wide. All lines will be
underground and CCTV cameras will be installed for security.
Alaknanda Hi-Tech Colony is being launched in the first week of August due to the increasing demand for plots in the gated colonies of Ramganga Nagar Awas Yojana. Those who could not get a plot in three colonies, they can apply in it.
